Booking Policy

• The motel's email is innkeeper@revelstokelodge.com and the Telephone number is 1.250.837.2181. For your security, please do not provide your personal information including credit card details if you are unable to verify our email or phone number.

• Valid credit card must be used at the time of booking to guarantee for the rooms. If the provided credit card is invalid/declined within the cancellation windows, the motel reserves the right to immediately cancel the room(s) without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the guests to contact us to update the credit card at all times

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation if notified 3 days (72 hours) prior to first night of stay. 

• Full booking amount will be charged for no show or cancellation within 3 days (72 hours)

Check-in Policy

• Check-in Time is from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

• Minimum check-in age is 18.

• Valid photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

• If your arrival is expected to be later than standard check-in hours (10:00 PM), please notify the motel at least 24 hours prior in order to arrange late arrival. 

 

Check-out Policy

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM

• Express Check-out is available by dropping off keys at the Key Drop Off Box if no staff is present.

Pets Policy

• No Pet is allowed at all times. If found, a cleaning fee of $300/pet will be charged to sanitize the affected areas. In addition, the motel reserves the right to refuse the stays and/or remaining of the stays without any refund

Smoking Policy

• Smoking of any substance in any form is strictly prohibited in all the rooms and in the public areas that is closer than 6 meters from the opening doors or windows. If smoking or trace of smoking such as ashes, smell, smoke, etc... are found in the rooms, violators are subjected to a cleaning fee of $300 to restore the room to non-smoking standard. In addition, the motel reserves the right to refuse the stays and/or remaining of the stays without any refund

Cooking Policy

• Cooking is not allowed in any room at any times. Cooking is not allowed in all public areas such as parking lots, corridors, walk-way, or any place within the motel perimeter. Violation is subjected to $300 fine in addtion to refuse the remaining stays without any refund

Damage Deposit

• The motel reserves the rights to pre-authorize the provided credit card for an amount of $300 as a security deposit. The amount will be released upon check out and without any damage made to the room.
