Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation if notified 3 days (72 hours) prior to first night of stay. 

  • Full booking amount will be charged for no show or cancellation within 3 days (72 hours)

 

Check-in Policy

  • Check-in Time is from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

  • Minimum check-in age is 18.

  • Valid photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

  • If your arrival is expected to be later than standard check-in hours (10:00 PM), please notify the motel at least 24 hours prior in order to arrange late arrival. 

 

Check-out Policy

  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM

  • Express Check-out is available by dropping off keys at the Key Drop Off Box if no staff is present.

Pets Policy

  • No Pet is allowed at all times. If found, a cleaning fee of $300/pet will be charged to sanitize the affected areas. In addition, the motel reserves the right to refuse the stays and/or remaining of the stays

Smoking Policy

  • All of the rooms are Non-smoking at all times. Violation will be subjected to a cleaning fee of $300 to restore the room to non-smoking standard. In addition, the motel reserves the right to refuse the stays and/or remaining of the stays

Damage Deposit

  • The motel reserves the rights to pre-authorize the provided credit card for an amount of $300 as a security deposit. The amount will be released upon check out and without any damage made to the room.
